Removal :
- Locate the BMW DVD Navigation unit, normally located in the boot behind the left panel.
- Use car radio pins to unclip and move the unit forward.
- You will see 2 plugs which should unclip easily.
- Pull the GPS antenna connector out.
- The unit should now be free to remove.
Turnround :
These can be repaired , tested and sent back to you within 2-4 working days.

STEP 2
Complete transaction and print a purchase receipt and send it along with your item to our workshop address. Securely pack your item.
Please remember to include your vehicle chassis number (VIN) in order for us to code and program your unit to match your vehicle order.
You chassis number can be easily located under the passenger wiper arm, Mot Certificate , or under the bonnet.
STEP 3
Once we have received your unit we will inspect and repair your unit and after thorough testing we post back to you.
We can also arrange to remove your faulty unit from your vehicle with a small charge, this service is only available by appointment only please call.

My BMW X5 2008 `I` Drive system stopped working so took it to BMW dealers in Hull who quoted me thousands of pounds to replace the CCC unit.
Spoke to Revtronic over the phone who quoted me a fraction of the cost of BMW dealers and suggested I have a re-conditioned unit fitted and that the unit could be replaced the same day. So I traveled to Bradford 09/04/2019 from Hull and arrived 09.35 hours expecting a 4 to 6 hour job to replace the unit………………..by 10.00 Hrs I was leaving Revtronic with a re-conditioned CCC unit fitted and a very healthy BMW X5!
The guys here did a sensational job, they are very polite, very knowledgeable and extremely professional.

Bmw X5 – Sat Nav Repair
I cannot praise Revtronic enough, rang me as soon as the drive arrived as it appeared to be working initially and they wanted to make sure I wasn’t paying for a service I didn’t need. Explained the fault and was told rather than doing the minimum of replacing the laser they would replace the entire drive as its would be a longer term fixed. This was then sent out the same day and arrived back with me 2 days before scheduled! My sat-nav has never worked this well before.
