I found these guys through the internet and asked them to look at my wife's 2006 Mini Cooper BCM. The high beam on the nearside headlight was staying on even when the ignition was off which points to the BCM. Before accepting the BCM for repair they were even offering advice on other things to check. Not many places do that nowadays as most are out to take your cash far too eagerly. On receiving the BCM back I was having other issues as well which meant further calls to the guys. Again they were offering all sorts of advice and diagnosis. All the issues meant taking a trip up to them with the unit but to no avail they could not cure the faults due to the unit being corrupt. They sourced a used unit and transferred all the data from the original one and hey presto all cured and to top it all for no extra costs. I mithered the hell out of these guys and was met with constant help. I can't recommend them enough and in particular a massive thanks goes to Banny for his patience, help and sheer knowledge.
