BMW650i iDrive problems Had ongoing problems with the iDrive in my 6 series BMW. Revtronic were the only people I could find who seemed to understand and have some real knowledge of the issues involved. Right from the start they asked sensible questions about how the fault manifested itself, which is more than anyone at BMW seemed able to do! I took the car up to Bradford for an exchange unit to be fitted, which Revtronic did quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately this didn't cure the problem so the car went back, with some more information as to what was happening with the intermittent fault. This time they got it absolutely right and solved the problem completely. More importantly they had an understanding of what they had done and why they had done it (in this case it was the bluetooth module). Excellent service, really knowledgeable people and very nice with it. Can't recommend them highly enough. They also treat your vehicle with respect and attention. great customer service.
