Incredible service! I really can't praise these guys highly enough.
My sat nav DVD drive (2006 BMW E90) wouldn't read discs. Posted the unit to them at 11am on Saturday morning & received it back from them fully repaired & working perfectly at 10.30am today (Tuesday).
They even called me before 1pm yesterday to let me know it had been received & fixed & that I would get it back next day.
The customer service & efficiency from Pops & the team is second to none & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend & use them again.
