This garage are the tops I sent a email at 9.00pm and by 8.30 am next morning I gor a response. After Nisson dealers tried to rip me off for a entatainment system to the Tune of £3.400. Revtronic sorted me out for £450.They responded every time I emailed them and so quickly.They even made  time to make my wife and I a cuppa while we waited. REVTRONIC have just repaired my son’s Mercedes Media unit when Mercedes had given up on it. I found them on a Google search and after reading reviews and a quick phone call to them decided to send them the unit to look at. I was going to drop the unit off but sent via courier instead. Next working day I received a call explaining that unit could be repaired and outlined the cost which was far less than trying to saurce a replacement. I received a call back a couple of days later informing me that it had been repaired and was just undergoing final inspection. I opted to arrange for the unit to be collected later that day rather than use there next day service. I was able to refit the unit later that afternoon. what a great company! They were so helpful from start to finish, fixed my radio and returned it really quickly. My Fiat internal radio started switching itself off every 3 minutes and it was painful, especially as I needed the unit for sat nav through my Android Audio. I contacted them, sent it ovber for a fixed price and they called to say it was not possible to repair. They narrowed down the problem to the DAB and if I wanted, they could disconnect DAB, everything else will work fine. What was great about this is that as the repair would not be perfect, they refunded me money, which was very kind of them. The unit now works as I need it and the DAB is not a big loss. The alternative was buying a complete new unit from Fiat - £1,500!!! The airbag warning light came on just before my car was going to have its MOT. We contacted Revtronic and they helped resolve the issue speedily. They provided a great service with their knowledge and expertise. The car part was repaired and sent back to me within 1 working day of them receiving it and fixing it.
