My Idrive was completely dead on my BMW 530d M Sport. After inquiring by telephone I explained the issue on the phone and they seemed to have extensive knowledge about the issue and came up with a reasonable price,less than half of the main dealer. Booked an appointment, turned up and it was done in 45 minutes with a swap of the ccc and the coding. Very friendly service I would recommend to anyone.
