My BMW E93 sat nav didn't know where my car was. I emailed Revtronic who replied almost immediately with a helpful diagnostic test. This confirmed I needed a new GPS tuner so I sent off my sat nav unit and was surprised to get a phone call saying it had been fixed the same day it had arrived. It was back with me the next day and in good working order again. Lots of firms provide an email address but don't bother to read them but Revtronic not only read my email but were really helpful. The speed of the repair service just leaves me speachless. If only all companies were this reliable. Grateful thanks for putting me back on the map.
