We had an issue where our 2012 mini Countryman radio wasn't working when we bought the car, it wouldn't switch on and half the buttons didn't do anything. Display was working fine. Contacted Pops at Revtronic and he helped with identifying if they can repair it and helped with the whole repair process. I posted the radio to Revtronic, via courier, on Tuesday and received is fully repaired and tested on Thursday of the same week. I couldn't believe how fast their service was. I can't recommend their service enough. All this for R125 including return postage, I did have to pay for posting it to them on top of this price but very satisfied with the service.
