Mercedes Viano Instrument cluster had fading LCD. I contacted two separate mercedes agents but as the vehicle was an 05 registration both seemed completely disinterested. I then contacted a specialist independent mercedes garage who never returned my call once I had explained the problem and asked for a price. I found Revtronic with a google search and I could not believe what a magnificent service they provided for me. They phoned to advise the problem was a little more complicated than originally thought and needed a little longer to resolve the problem. The item was fixed in a couple of days and returned in perfect working order. I can't thank them enough!!!!!!!!!!! Mercedes agents could learn a lot from these guys.
