Wow what can I say...This company is AMAZING.
I bought a Mini and came to realise the stereo/ radio wouldn't work. After a quick search on google about what the problem could be, I came across a forum where somebody recommended Revtronic.
I posted the radio unit to Revtronic on 07/06 using Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded, Royal mail delivered the parcel at 10:35 on Thursday 9th June and by 11:41 on Thursday 9th I had already received an email to say the unit had been dispatched and was on its way back to me!
I received the unit back on Friday 10th, all fixed and in full working order.
Absolutely astounding service, best customer service I have ever received in my life in fact. Do not hesitate to use this company, I doubt you will find better!
