We had a faulty Dacia media unit and found all the info on their page.. Booked the repair online, really easy.. Boxed it up, posted Royal Mail tracked at 11.00am Wednesday, they received it next day, problem fixed same day and posted straight back.. Received Friday 10.00am, duly fitted back in the car and up and running.. 12 month warranty as well.. Can't praise highly enough.. Excellent service thanks!.
