My iDrive unit in my BMW 1 series kept looping on and off. The dealers quoted £1900+vat plus £350 to see what the issue was. Went to a BMW approved garage and they couldn’t fix it. Called other BMW approved garages and one recommended Revtronic. After a quick conversation they told me to remove the unit and send it to them. Sent it in on Monday, they received it on Tuesday and called to confirm and give me their assessment. Told them to go ahead and fix it. Got a call on Wednesday saying it was ready to be sent back. Cost was £375+vat which includes the courier service back. Received it today (Thursday) and it is working again!!! Want to shout from the rooftops about these guys!
