Mercedes W215, CL 55 AMG Instrument Cluster Speedometer failure & back-light illumination issues.... A Quick Thank you to Pops & the Lads down at Revtronic...I had a persistent Display fault on my Mercedes W215 Instrument Display which had eluded the best efforts of other repairers north of the border.. so having located Revtronic ( on the Net with excellent reviews) & having good initial communication with pops, who Immediately ascertained what the probable fault was with my display, I arranged a visit down to Bradford..Just a quick three hour uneventful drive down from Glasgow brought me to Revtronic in Bradford..good information from Revtronic's web site made for easy travel into Bradford to their facility which had good safe & secure parking & a very pleasant & welcoming reception area...Handed over my Defective unit & just over an hour & a half later I was presented with a repaired & fully working unit ...Pops explained that the speedometer step motor had been defective so was replaced , the back light transformers were replaced & unit its self fully reset...Head unit was refitted into the car & I had a very pleasant drive back up to Glasgow with No issues what soever from the repaired instrument head...great to have a working accurate speedometer & back light Binnacle again.....great work Pops & terrific value & superb technical information...
